Over the weekend my family and I stayed at an airbnb farm house in amish country. The final night of our stay, it was incredibly cold and began to snow a little bit. In the downstairs restroom of the house, there was a large window, and while I was in the shower I could’ve sworn that I heard tapping on the window, that continued when I turned off the water. There wasn’t a tree near the window at all, and the tapping had a distinct pattern to it before stopping. I didn’t lift up the blinds over the window because i was very scared and it was pitch black so I probably wouldn’t be able to see anything anyway. When we were packing up in the morning, I remembered the tapping and lifted up the blinds. In the condensation on the inside of the window, there was this pattern that looks like a target. Does anyone know what could have caused this to occur? I thought it might be sticker residue, but they don’t hunt on their farm (which is the only explanation for having a target sticker on a window I could think of) and they’ve been renting this house out for a few years now. I’m probably just being overdramatic, but I would love some answers.
